BACK THEN Cardigan by AnkeStrick Anke created this lovely fade cardigan with our On Stage- Long Métrage and four subtle shades of grey in Silk Divine. The two yarns are held together throughout. Anke's sample is knitted with Borsalino in On Stage - Long Métrage and with Diamond Dust (colour 1), Ice Cube (colour 2), Chilling Silver (colour 3) and Eleganzia (colour 4) in Silk Divine. Our cardigan is knitted with Tootsie in On Stage - Long Métrage and with Poudré (colour 1), Shell Seeker (colour 2), J'adore (colour 3) and Linen (colour 4) in Silk Divine. Back Then is worked seamlessly from the top down. You start working the collar separately. Then you pick up as well as CO stitches for the back and shape the back neck with short rows. Continue to work the back for the length of the armhole. Pick up the stitches for the front and work both fronts symmetrically for the length of the armhole. Then you join back and fronts to work the body in stitch pattern down to the bottom ribbing. Pick up the sleeve stitches to work the sleeves in rounds in stitch pattern. SIZES 1 (2, 3, 4, 5)(6, 7, 8, 9) Finished bust circumference in cm/inch (based on back measurement): 88 (98, 108, 118, 128)(138, 148, 158, 166) cm / 34.75 (38.5, 42.5, 46.5, 50.5)(54.25, 58.25, 62.25, 65.5) in. The garment is intended to be worn with approx. 12 - 19 cm (4.75 - 7.5) in of positive ease.
