Isabell Kraemer's gorgeous SSP shawl is the perfect introduction to colourwork.

The combination of easy slip stitch patterns and the sportive wide ribbing give this shawl a sophisticated yet casual look.

SSP is worked flat, sideways, with increases along one edge to create an asymmetrical triangle. The shawl has a built-in slip stitch edge. You only work with one colour on any given row.
